Qualitas is a donor to this institute, which works together with Wageningen University (WUR) for research into new and more sustainable malting barley varieties as well as other things. It is always useful to sharpen one’s existing level of knowledge with new insights. And this year we had beautiful summer weather on the trial fields near Lelystad (in the province of Flevoland).
At the end of June, Qualitas took part in an annual event on research into malting barley, malt and beer, which was organized by the Dutch Institute for Brewing Barley, Malt and Beer (NIBEM).
